About me

With degrees in Social Work, Psychology, and Criminology, and over 20 years of experience across diverse settings—including academia, hospitals, mental health facilities, correctional institutions, and non-Western health care systems—I bring a trauma-informed approach to therapy.

I work with adolescents, adults, individuals, and families, and offer compassionate support to those navigating the challenges of legal or court involvement.

My primary focus is trauma, addictions, and recovery. While substance use may not be part of your story, a recovery-oriented lens can offer powerful tools for navigating life’s complexities and reclaiming a sense of balance and agency.

I work holistically and collaboratively, considering the full scope of who you are—mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I place a strong emphasis on relationships: with ourselves, with others, and with the communities we are part of. When these connections are strained or missing, we can often feel disconnected, unbalanced, and unfulfilled.

I'm deeply committed to supporting people in transforming the beliefs, emotions, and patterns that may be standing in the way of the life they want to live.

It would be an honour to walk alongside you in your journey of healing, growth, and reconnection.
